Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, perfect for FAMILIES/CONTRACTORS/RELOCATORS/STUDENTS/BUSINESSES OR GROUPS. Accommodating upto 8 guests. Both the first and second bedroom features 3 single beds each which are both ensuite.
The open-plan kitchen and living room provide a welcoming space for relaxation and dining which includes a toast & coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils & everything needed for home-cooked meals.

Guests can enjoy a communal sitting area on the first floor, ideal for dining with large groups, holding private meetings, reading, or watching TV. Additionally, the rooftop terrace offers a serene spot to bask in the sunlight and unwind. Book now for a comfortable and memorable stay!

The guests will have access to the entire flat, communal area on the first floor where you can hold a meeting, dine with large group, sit and relax and watch your favourite tv shows or read your favourite book. There is also a box to receive your mails and deliveries. There is a bin area to dispose all your unwanted items as well as a sitting area by the entrance when expecting another guest.

I will be available to attend to any guest needs/questions via the the messaging channel on the booking platform. We will do our best to be available 24/7.

All guest will be required to undergo a pre-arrival task after booking the flat by filling in your details, doing an ID card verification check, signing a rental agreement and Pre-authorising a refundable security deposit.
